  1. Introduction This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers of Innovative Labs may cancel their subscriptions and request refunds. By subscribing to our AI chatbot services, you agree to this policy.
  2. Subscription Cancellation
  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our customer support at wecare@innovativelabs.us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will have continued access to the service until then.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations of annual subscriptions can be made at any time before the end of the current subscription year. You will retain access until the end of the subscription period, but no refunds will be provided for any remaining months.
  1. Refunds
  • Initial Purchase: You are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. This is applicable to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
  • Renewals: For subsequent renewals, you can receive a refund if you cancel your subscription and request a refund within 7 days of the billing date.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds beyond these periods may be granted at the discretion of Innovative Labs under exceptional circumstances.
